Usher performed the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show in Las Vegas. The eight-time Grammy Award winner headlined the halftime show for the first time in his illustrious career.  And he nailed it.

In what was considered by the critics as one of the best Super Bowl performances, Usher rocked Allegiant Stadium performing 14 of his hits, including “Caught Up”, “Love in This Club”, “My Boo”, “Burn”, “OMG”, and “Yeah!”.  He was joined joined on stage by Alicia Keys, Lil Jon, Ludacris, Jermaine Dupri, H.E.R, and for cameo performances during his set list.  He even performed one of his songs on roller skates!

At Super Bowl LVII in Phoenix, the Halftime Show was headlined by the amazing Rihanna. This was the first time this show has been presented by Apple Music and it was incredible!

We have been blessed by such amazing A-list performances through the years, highlighted by Dr Dre’s homecoming in LA. It was like watching a Lifetime Achievement Award being handed over to the grand master of R&B and Rap – simply breath taking!

Most Super Bowl Halftime Show performances run about 15 minutes long, although the actual halftime tends to last 20 to 30 minutes. Sports Illustrated has reported that Lady Gaga’s halftime performance in 2017 lasted about 13 and a half minutes, while the A-list trio of Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Beyonce (who collectively rocked Super Bowl L the year before) did so in just over 13 minutes. Running longer than most was Justin Timberlake‘s 2018 halftime spectacle, at almost 14 minutes.

Stay tuned for an announcement usually around Christmas time of who will be the headliner for Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans…….
